Not to rub anything in the faces of my Republican posse, but ... This pretty much "sings" it for me

Okay now this is not comparing Obama to God, so please do not think there was any hidden agenda with the song pick.
Going Straight to hell in a hand basket again, to quote my grandma:)

Oh and everytime I listen to Handle's Messiah I wish that I could sing high, on tune and with a great sense of pride. Alas this is never going happen not even with voice lessons.

Crazy is as Crazy Does

Ashley Todd showed up the College Station police station sporting a black eye and a B “carved” into her cheek. She claims an Obama supporter robbed and attacked her due to the McCain bumper Sticker on her car.

Last night some people I know were talking about the incident and saying how horrible it was that a “crazy” Obama supporter would do something like this to a nice young woman. It was sort of like they were implying that a McCain Supporter would never be crazy enough to “carve” a “J” in an Obama support’s cheek. I was like; listen why in the world would a crazy supporter carve a “B” a really a big fat O would have been much easier! This was my tongue and check (excuse the pun) response to their obvious stupidity. The story sounded made up, yet they were more than willing to accept it at face value (sorry for the pun thing again I can’t help myself) because they can not stand Obama nor his supporters even though that would be moi as I have always been the lone liberal in my peer group.

Bottom line I thought they were stupid to simply assume, given their distaste for Obama that yup one of the fucking crazy left liberal socialist must have done it.

Turns out MS Todd, who took off a year from school to actively support McCain’s campaign, now can not remember how she got a black eye and a “B” scratched not carved into her cheek. It definitely was not the 6’ 4” Black male Obama supporter that she initially conjured, so the conjecture is that she did to herself.

So now I throw back to my peers, who is the crazy person in this story? Yup it is wrong to judge a book by its cover and definitely wrong to make generalized assumptions that can easily then reflect back upon oneself. These “peers” are the same people that put GW in office for 2 terms and think Obama Nation is a brilliant work of journalism. I will not get started on Obama Nation, I have read about ½ of it thus far and it is a big pile of shit stirring crap and is poorly written at that. How imaginative to start a book by trashing a person’s father then when done with him their mother.

Ms Todd is being charged and undergoing psychological analysis.

Space Between : DOCs Gallery New Orleans

DEREK CRACCO

Digital printmaker

Okay. I am an art dealer. I deal in art. In New Orleans we only have one art critic Doug MacCash. These are the shows that he constantly likes to review. He never reviews anyone on Magazine Street and rarely reviews anything that is not so contemporary as to make it a really hard sell for those of us who can not afford to just have questionable, cool but questionable see art on our gallery walls.

I am not a fan of Digital printmaking. I guess it’s because I feel that it is so conceptual that I am not really sure that the artist is a talented artist or is just a talented photo shopper. When I listen to the “justification” of Space Between yeah I get it, but it seems like a lot of bull shit. Blah- de- blah- blah -blah.

I also wonder if the art critic did not give the favorable push, would anyone buy this type of work. I guess I am asking would you put this up on a wall at your home. At your office? I am speaking more of the Space Between show than the digital prints that I have put up as pictures.

Perhaps I need to reconsider being in the art business, I have enough of a hard time selling realistic fine contemporary art, all done without the aid of a computer. Yet it would seem that Derek Cracco is well collected so I would assume that means people are buying his work.

I am feeling very discouraged right about now.

Evil Shadow Market

yes I know it say copyrighted on it...

The more I read or in this case listen to with regard to the Financial Collapse of the market the more disgusted I become.

This is a very interesting expose by 60 minutes on the subject of Wall Street’s Shadow Market. How is the small person investor supposed to know about things like this? The bail out plan does not have any regulation clauses as far as I can tell. The Market is still falling and now we know why.

In a nut shell, should you not want to take 12 well worth your while minutes to look at the video the following happened.

Large investment banks brought up the risky of risky bad debt mortgages from Banks. They then reinvented these bad debt mortgage packages into “cool investment packages” by using complex instruments, created by physics and Mathematicians to back the investment potential.

To further their wealth the Investment Banks then set up Credit Default Swaps to give “insurance” to the investors of the “cool investment packages. The problem was that the CDS were not termed ”insurance” rather “swap” so they were not regulated, meaning that there was absolutely no capital backing them up.

So when people started defaulting on their home notes and foreclosing the “cool investments” went south. When investors who purchased the CDS went to cash in with the Investment Banks, there was no money to pay and Bear Stearns, Lehman Brothers and the rest of the greedy bastards had to declare bankruptcy or be bailed out by the Feds.

The greed of the investment banks is staggering. The CEO’s should go to jail. Basically they repackaged shit sold it as gold and then defaulted on the backup to the shit investment. That has to be fraudulent? The Credit Default Swaps are ultimately what screwed our economy. These guys knew that this financial collapse could happen and basically just did not care. If the money that they are talking about in the video is correct, saying “staggering” does not even cover the half of it. Trillions of dollars have been lost out of people’s retirement plans, and nothing is going to be done about it.

Of Bail Outs, Stock Crashes, Politicians & Gods

Is it tina or sarah OMG what should I believe someone tell me what to do :)

Ok I apologize for saying Palin won. (Like I really care) To make up for my momentary lapse of reason I have found the perfect analogy to the days and times we live in that is not stuffy, boring or preachy. In fact it is rather entertaining with the exception that it is so true. The truism is rather scary. But so is the world we live in.

Palin Wins OMG?

my photoshop is crap: the paint tool the everything tool is not functioning.
Ahh maybe I will pay for a legal copy not the one I got a million trillon years ago.

I can not deny: Sarah Palin did this to Biden:

Good Lord the woman literally ate his:

I still have no common ground with Sarah Palin, but I will declare her with the victory in this debate. She out talked, out shined and basically did everything Biden did not.

What a shame Hillary was not there, but then again I know she is way too smart to have ever put herself in that situation. That meaning second to Obama, she would have nawed the crap out of Palin, Joe Biden Failed IMHO.

So those that think I am bias, not fair and too liberal, know now what that really means; It means I am intelligent enough to know and state who does the best job, regardless of a personal opinion of the content.

More of us should strive to be JUST LIKE ME! heheheee

Damn Joe needed some makeup or something tonight whats up with this thang? He almost looked like he was flirting with her.

He smiled his white smiley smile and she just ate his nuts. Ya kind of have to respect that on many different levels.

Hello? that respect would be on Sarah's part not Joe's. Joe was a Jerk tonight.

I'm so confused about America that I would love to leave.

If I am confused, imagine what they rest of people are feelin' ? Nevermind let us not go there as then I would not be confused, but terrified.

and bingo was his name-o

Well so the Senate did it anyway? Who figures, that “they would take the high road down to the low one?

Bottom line, I have really looked at this “Bail Bah Bahh Black out Shee"t"(p)”
and I can not see the huge differences to the original plan. The exception is that the greedy bastards in Washington seemed to find the “special” something that made it OK in the Senate to vote this through. I will quote the deal that sweetened it: Said Sweet deal makes no more sense than the original objections to the first plan that I can see.

"The Senate passed its version of a mammoth plan to rescue the financial services industry Wednesday night, saying changes designed to protect individual investors and small business owners could be enough to persuade reluctant House members to go along with the plan.
Senators agreed to the plan 74-25 as an amendment to an unrelated bill, which was passed shortly thereafter. "

WTF is the “unrelated bill”?

Hullo was it just that Senate who stayed ( for their own purposes) or the Congress that wanted to get out of dodge for Rosh Hashanah or is it because something changed? Why did they vote Yey and not explain the "unrelated bill" ?

I think that the “good bad and ugly” are involved,
I think these are the “best of times and the worst of times”
I think “make my day” so I can vote against you.

Why can we not be explained to? We are the American populous that votes for these jerks in Washington, we must know what it all really means; but we don't this is not partisan nor bi. It is with out conscious that those we vote for to protect our interests, dumb down the intelligent when they have already made their money doing that to the “___________” not so intelligent.

I thought we lived in a democracy. That is Bull Sheep Shit we live in a Republic that is soon to be a Socialist Domain. So Maybe I would do better if we were socialistic because then at least I would know what is going on; the government just owns your woolly mammoth , jackass butt and there is nothing you can do about it.

Maybe I will understand better tomorrow when some political or financial analyst explains, but I can say now, I don’t get it and if I don’t there are many more that don’t too.

“Financial Bailout Deal Fails 205-228

If it could only be this easy…

Here is a solution that is circulating the internet:
> Hi Pals,
> I’m against the $85,000,000,000.00 bailout of AIG.
> Instead, I’m in favor of giving $85,000,000,000 to America in a We
> Deserve It Dividend.
> To make the math simple, let’s assume there are 200,000,000 bonafide
> U.S. Citizens 18+.
> Our population is about 301,000,000 +/- counting every man, woman and
> child.. So 200,000,000 might be a fair stab at adults 18 and up..
> So divide 200 million adults 18+ into $85 billion that equals
> $425,000.00.
> My plan is to give $425,000 to every person 18+ as a We Deserve It> Dividend..
> Of course, it would NOT be tax free.
> So let’s assume a tax rate of 30%.> Every individual 18+ has to pay $127,500.00 in taxes.
> That sends $25,500,000,000 right back to Uncle Sam.
> But it means that every adult 18+ has $297,500.00 in their pocket.
> A husband and wife has $595,000.00.
> What would you do with $297,500.00 to $595,000.00 in your family?
> Pay off your mortgage - housing crisis solved.
> Repay college loans - what a great boost to new grads
> Put away money for college - it’ll be there
> Save in a bank - create money to loan to entrepreneurs.
> Buy a new car - create jobs
> Invest in the market - capital drives growth
> Pay for your parent’s medical insurance - health care improves
> Enable Deadbeat Dads to come clean - or else
> Remember this is for every adult U S Citizen 18+ including the folks
> who lost their jobs at Lehman Brothers and every other company that
> is cutting back. And of course, for those serving in our Armed Forces.
> If we’re going to re-distribute wealth let’s really do it…instead
> of trickling out a puny $1000.00 ( ‘vote buy’ ) economic incentive that is being proposed
by one of our candidates for President.
> If we’re going to do an $85 billion bailout, let’s bail out every> adult U S Citizen 18+!
> As for AIG - liquidate it.
> Sell off its parts.
> Let American General go back to being American General.

$700 billion bail out

Its being described as the largest government intervention in private markets since the Great Depression. The Bush administration has asked Congress to swiftly approve a massive $700 billion package to rescue the crippled financial institutions on Wall Street. Some analysts say the final cost to taxpayers could top one trillion dollars. Over the weekend, the size of the proposed bailout grew as the Bush administration said foreign banks, including Barclays and UBS, should be eligible for the bailout”

I wanted to know more about the $700 billion bail out and found these two videos very explanatory on the subject. After viewing I have to conclude that giving and I mean Just Giving( for their bad debt loans sounds like a fair trade?) the Financial Institutions that greedily caused the Foreclosure Money Melt Down, 700 billion is foolish.

I am not an expert, obviously, but it would seem that if the Banks and Mortgage companies had not been so gluttonous in the first place that this whole thing would not have happened. They did not have the discipline to regulate themselves in 1999 what makes them have the discipline that they need to do the right thing now with the tax payers $700 billion?

Beyond that, why should we and our future generations have to pay for their fuck up?

The banks should work with homeowners, Freeze Foreclosures and take less on the loans by reworking them so people don’t lose their homes. They are capable of making 17 million salaries and more than that with bonuses, so I think that they are more than capable of bailing themselves out.

Dean Baker
Bush Obama and McCain views:

Over View and History of what happened

This is what I said on The Tome and I stand by it on Saturday Knights as a follow up.

GW lied well to us this evening reading the prompter with the great ease of one who will be out of office soon; blaming the $700 billon decisions on a bi partisan bail out on no one but those who took the loans.

Shame Shame Shame

And that is doubled to McCain (The Shame) - for it is evident after the eloquent address read by President Bush that as with the Patriot Act - they are just going to do it. Bail the Big Dawgs out.

So John, time to get ready to debate. Congress, the Senate and then the President are going to give the dirty bastards the money - so get to your debate.

We do not have much to say about anything as American citizens. Washington does not need our vote on the bail out they are going to do it regardless.

So I want to hear the damn debate on Friday!

a brief informational on blowing & funny farms

Instructions:
Cover the eggs with water and boil on low for about 12 minutes
Cool the eggs by placing them in cold water with 1 teaspoon of baking soda and ice. The baking soda raises the pH level and reduces adherence. If you choose not to use baking soda, be sure to move the eggs into cold water with plenty of ice immediately after boiling
Crack the top of the egg and remove a small piece
Crack the bottom (wide end) of the egg and remove a small piece
Hold the egg in your hand and blow vigorously into the narrow end of the egg, which will expel it out the wide end
Doesn’t get much easier than that! Just be ready to catch it when it comes out…

What can I say…maybe I need to go here for a stay.

"DUMB" has two meanings

A friend sent to this link to me via email:

whatawonderfulwedding

My response to my friend:

OMG

Now I could say a lot about that, but you might then take me for a leftist liberal snob
.

His response to me:

At least they are living within their means, and have no pretentions about the glamour and glitz of a fancy smanchy whoop-a-la. They probably will stay married longer than most. Besides, I would much rather a nice fresh hot waffle over wedding cake any day.

My point in sharing this is that

A. Eweweee I am a snob evidently. I would rather never marry than marry in a waffle house.
B. I would kill myself before marrying anyone in that marriage party
C. I wonder why when I say what other people might be thinking I am labeled a snob.
D. I really want to know what the meaning of politically correct is.

I will admit that I can not “wrap” my mind around why Republicans are not really upset about Sarah Palin’s nomination as VP. They spouted all sorts of rhetoric about Obama’s lack of experience yet they are willing to embrace a woman as second in command that has nada none no actual Washington experience and the experience that she does have is based on being a Mayor for a city populated by a mere 7000 people and being a governor (less than 2 years) for a state that has a population that is less populated than an ant hill. It just does not make sense to me.

The group jumping up and down celebrating her nomination is the same group of folks who believe in that “family values” thang that they love to shove down the throats of us who have ”no family values”. So what do they think about a woman who has a challenged infant that she just gave birth to in April abandoning said infant to hold McCain’s hand while he campaigns? They think it is just GREAT! I don’t get it. Hypocrisy seems to be the only stable in said philosophy. The Fundamental Christians should be outraged that Sarah’s 17 year old daughter is not wed and pregnant. They would have crucified Hillary if Chelsea was 17, pregnant and not married. I go as far as to say they might have even called her a bad mother.

In conclusion I think I might, just might be having a bad hair day, but is sucks not to be able to tell people what I think without being labeled when clearly there is a label stuck dead center on the foreheads of supporters of Palin who are probably the same folks that get married at a Waffle House. So what does that label glued to their foreheads say?

It says:”_______________________ “

Vote for who you will, but don’t vote for McCain because Sarah Palin is a woman. The Republican Party tried to pull a fast one on women with Dan Quayle and won – it is insulting that they are trying and succeeding in doing the same with Palin.

A picture speaks...

yes that would be more than words.

Good luck to Galveston! It is even blowin so hard here that I had to wire my shutters, shutter to think what this will be like @ land fall. Good thing the message is just blowing in the wind. If you look at a rain radar, there is not much out there with this storm. The tidel surge is the only flooding concern.

Hey do they have crappy levees in Texas?

Hey lets see how FEMA treats Houston? Any bets being taken? well I bet that it's an even bigger cluster than NOLA and MS after Katrina. Why ? because there are like a couple million more people involved which just lends to bigger clusters than not.

good will hunting ?

I would never have anticipated agreeing fully with Matt Damon. Guess there is a first for everything.

Kryptonite?

12:30am Wednesday should prove very interesting. This is the time set for the members of CERN to turn on the Large Hadron Collider in the specially built tunnel on the French / Swiss Boarder.

Some are calling LHC the doomsday machine; some are calling it one of the greatest collaborations thus far in scientific research with the intent to explain the universe.

LHC is supposed to create conditions that were the same as those existing after that of the Big Bang. It will smash particles creating new particles which scientists hope will then be proof to the String Theory:

"String theory states that the fundamental building block of the universe isn't a particle, but a string. Strings can either be open ended or closed. They also can vibrate, similar to the way the strings on a guitar vibrate when plucked. Different vibrations make the strings appear to be different things. A string vibrating one way would appear as an electron. A different string vibrating another way would be a neutrino."

With words like Dark Matter, Parallel Universe, other Dimensions and Time Travel how anyone could not fine this “Fascinating” as Spock would say, is beyond me. Really crazy stuff! I am surprised that Religious groups who do not believe in the big bang are not all over this with protesting religious rhetoric...

Perhaps one on the biggest discoveries that the participating scientists hope for is proof of Higgs Boson, “The God Particle”; the particle that gives mass to all other particles. Steven Hawing is betting against it, implying that proof of Higgs would kind of take the fun out of the whole process.

I guess we shall just have to wait and see if LHC creates the small black holes that the doomsday people are predicting.

Anyway here is an interview the BBC had with Professor Hawing on the subject:

Professor Hawing

what a black hole created by LHC would look like.

dumb is as dumb believes

I almost hate to post this. I also hate to admit that not only the person who sent me this believes it to be true, but people that I know quite well think it to be true.

The majority of my peer group is fairly intelligent so if some of them believe, what does that say about the general populous who still think the Russians are marching on Atlanta?

I am so embarrassed to be an American sometimes. We are regressing from a nation of people who strive to understand and be enlightened to a nation of fricking idiots.

What a wonderful world...we live in.

Poland and the US just signed an agreement on placing 10 interceptor missiles capable of destroying incoming long-range ballistic missiles in Poland. The official Washington line is that the missiles are being placed in Poland to: “protect the US and its allies from "rogue states" such as Iran.” Moscow, however, does not agree with the party line and says that:” the missile shield makes Russia a target of the United States.”

Russian General Anatoly Nogovitsyn said that any new US assets in Europe could come under Russian nuclear attack with his forces targeting "the allies of countries having nuclear weapons." By hosting the missiles, Poland was making itself a target. As quoted: “This is 100 per cent certain. It becomes a target for attack. Such targets are destroyed as a first priority."

Medvedev says that the missiles are going to be used as a deterrent against “rogue states” is just a “Fairy tale”. He feels that the: "The deployment of new missile defense facilities in Europe is aimed against the Russian Federation."

I cannot help but think that the Russian response is a direct result of Condoleezza Rice’s visit to Georgia where she reiterated GW’s demands that Russian forces leave at once.

The situation is becoming a very dangerous pissing match. We can be wary of Iran, but they do not have nuclear weapons. Russia on the other hand does and I have a sense that they will not think twice about using them. The cold war atmosphere is resurrecting. The Russians do not want to be told what to do, and the US is involving themselves in an area that is once again delicate and dictating policy. NATO, especially folks like Gordon Brown are keeping mum on the whole situation. Guess I can not blame GB after seeing what happened to Tony Blair when he got involved with GW. However the point is that we are sending in Rice and once again trying to police without the backup of our supposed allies. It is, not in the US’s best interest to start picking a potential war with The Russians. We already have enough going on in the debacle called post war Iraq.

Saakashvili added fuel to the fire when standing next to Miss Rice by stating: "We were screaming to the world that Russia was going to do this...We are looking evil directly in the eye - this evil is very dangerous not only for us but for everybody."

“Even as he was speaking a convoy of 17 Russian armored personnel carriers was spotted advancing along the main highway to within 34 miles of the Georgian capital Tbilisi, their deepest move yet inside the country. “

I have to add this as I never stated my opinion on the subject: placing missiles in Poland is crazy! The Polish nationals do not want them. And should anyone be confused by the Russian Stance: I give you three words to reflect on:

Cuban Missile Crisis

JFK took a dim light on it all in the 60's and I guess the Russians feel the same way.

Be informed; don’t bow your head to ignorance. We are living in a scary world.

One of my favorite bands, love the song:

Please cross your fingers and toes that my attempted fix on self tanning makes me look less like Michael Jackson before my first date/second meeting with an unnamed guy tomorrow. You can ask but truth be told I really tried to understand when he first told me his name and listen when he called me today; but still with no certainty can tell you what his name is. Any good thought would be welcome about how to ask him his name with out letting on I don't know it: French guy who speaks duhh French but also Spanish unfortunately very little English but is teaching at Loyola U , NOLA – (why I did not catch the name ? too busy thinking how to converse in French.)
I like a challenge I have not been fluent in French for 20 years. Maybe I will get some practice; ...whatever: please listen to Ben's Brother:

A question of political correctness?

Is the photo offensive?

In of itself I personally do not find it offensive. Inappropriate perhaps given the photo was taken in Beijing at the insistence of the courier company sponsoring the Spanish basketball team.

I have sort of “slanty” eyes and remember when I was a kid having school mates ask me which one of my parents was Asian. I was actually quite complimented as I think Asian woman are very beautiful.

Now if all my school mates had mocked me by following me around and making “slanty” eyes as a way of excluding me, that would be offensive as the intent would be to offend.

I highly doubt that the courier company or the Spanish team meant to offend. I think the Ad was likely more of a confirmation for the courier company that YES here is the team and YES we sponsored them during the Beijing Olympics; see their “slanty eyes” … supposedly humorous as an intended reaction.

It would seem that along with eating McDonalds, there is nothing that one can do anymore without the media or the government or a special interest group getting all over us, condemning and never even questioning the source or intent.

“Politically correct” is, in my opinion, “Politically Incorrect” by definition.

chicken shit post :) funny though

BARACK OBAMA: The chicken crossed the road because it was time for a change! The chicken wanted change!

JOHN MCCAIN: My friends, that chicken crossed the road because he recognized the need to engage in cooperation and dialogue with all the chickens on the other side of the road.

HILLARY CLINTON: When I was First Lady, I personally helped that little chicken to cross the road. This experience makes me uniquely qualified to ensure - right from Day One! - that every chicken in this country gets the chance it deserves to cross the road. But then, this really isn't about me.

GEORGE W. BUSH: We don't really care why the chicken crossed the road. We just want to know if the chicken is on our side of the road, or not. The chicken is either against us, or for us. There is no middle ground here.

DICK CHENEY: Where's my gun?

COLIN POWELL: Now to the left of the screen, you can clearly see the satellite image of the chicken crossing the road.

BILL CLINTON: I did not cross the road with that chicken. What is your definition of chicken?

AL GORE: I invented the chicken.

JOHN KERRY: Although I voted to let the chicken cross the road, I am now against it! It was the wrong road to cross, and I was misled about the chicken's intentions. I am not for it now, and will remain against it.

AL SHARPTON: Why are all the chickens white? We need some black chickens.

DR. PHIL: The problem we have here is that this chicken won't realize that he must first deal with the problem on this side of the road before it goes after the problem on the other side of the road. What we need to do is help him realize how stupid he's acting by not taking on his current problems before adding new problems.

OPRAH: Well, I understand that the chicken is ha ving problems, which is why he wants to cross this road so bad. So instead of having the chicken learn from his mistakes and take falls, which is a part of life, I'm going to give this chicken a car so that he can just drive across the road and not live his life like the rest of the chickens.

ANDERSON COOPER, CNN: We have reason to believe there is a chicken, but we have not yet been allowed to have access to the other side of the road.

NANCY GRACE: That chicken crossed the road because he's guilty! You can see it in his eyes and the way he walks.

PAT BUCHANAN: To steal the job of a decent, hardworking American.

MARTHA STEWART: No one called me to warn me which way that chicken was going. I had a standing order at the Farmer's Market to sell my eggs when the price dropped to a certain level. No little bird gave me any insider information.

DR SEUSS: Did the chicken cross the road? Did he cross it with a toad?Yes, the chicken crossed the road, b ut why it crossed I've not been told.

ERNEST HEMINGWAY: To die in the rain, alone.

JERRY FALWELL: Because the chicken was gay! Can't you people see the plain truth? That's why they call it the 'other side'. Yes, my friends, that chicken is gay. And if you eat that chicken, you will become gay too. I say we boycott all chickens until we sort out this abomination that the liberal media whitewashes with seemingly harmless phrases like 'the other side.'That chicken should not be crossing the road. It's as plain and as simple as that.

GRANDPA: In my day, we didn't ask why the chicken crossed the road.Somebody told us the chicken crossed the road, and that was good enough.

BARBARA WALTERS: Isn't that interesting? In a few moments, we will be listening to the chicken tell, for the first time, the heartwarming story of how it experienced a serious case of molting, and went on to accomplish its lifelong dream of crossing the road.

ARISTOTLE: It is the nature of chickens to cross the road.

JOHN LENNON: Imagine all the chickens in the world crossing roads together, in peace.

BILL GATES: I have just released eChicken2008, which will not only cross roads, but will lay eggs, file your important documents, and balance your checkbook. Internet Explorer is an integral part of eChicken2008. This new platform is much more stable and will never crash or reboot...

ALBERT EINSTEIN: Did the chicken really cross the road, or did the road move beneath the chicken ?

COLONEL SANDERS: Did I miss one?

Paris takes McCain and Wins!

McCain’s campaign team came out with this Ad; basically saying Obama’s appeal to voters was only because we as voters are celebrity struck. As McCain’ people decided to use Paris Hilton and Britney Spears as their point of comparison “Celebrities” the ad was in my opinion not only insulting to Obama, but insulting to anyone, such as me, who plans to vote for Obama.

Mitt Romney and other Republicans said they thought the ad well done and humorous; they did not see the stupidity or the insult. I have always wondered if Republicans have a sense of humor and now that question is answered.

I have always wondered if Paris Hilton has a brain; and once again, question answered in her rebuttal ad to McCain:

I am sure she did not write it, but she “approves it” and that is enough for me to say “Good Job” Paris.
