If you look at a rain radar, there is not much out there with this storm. The tidel surge is the only flooding concern.

Hey lets see how FEMA treats Houston? Any bets being taken? well I bet that it's an even bigger cluster than NOLA and MS after Katrina. Why ? because there are like a couple million more people involved which just lends to bigger clusters than not.

I live in New Orleans, but my parents and brother live in Houston.
holy shit..are they ok?..my aunt, cousins second and third cousins all live in houston..one lives in iowa city and one in sugarland..haven't hear from any of them..freaking out.
